The Posture Ellie Bundle consists of The Posture Ellie Cork Posture Rolls and The Posture Ellie Fabric Resistance Bands.
The Posture Ellie Cork Posture Rolls come as a set of 4. The rolls have a versatile set of uses, such as; the rolling of tight muscles, for fascial blocking exercises, as well as being used under your spine in order to promote proper spinal curvature and help restore balance to your body. The set consists of 2 smaller rolls for a more gentle and beginner friendly experience and 2 larger rolls which offer a progression for intermediate and advanced users.
The Posture Ellie Fabric Resistance Bands come as a set of 3, with light, medium and heavy resistance. They are designed to be used to support the performance of lot of posture exercises. The 3 levels of resistance offer the user a chance for progression over time as well as the possibility of using a different level of resistance depending on the exercise.

Great products, great quality, smooth delivery even to Switzerland.
I use my rolls almost daily and Ellie’s videos inspire me to do a variety of exercises.
The bands smelled for the first few days, but don’t anymore and help me in my efforts to un-round my shoulders.
Also if you are not a member of the posture squad, consider joining, it has changed my life like bo other form of exercise before.
(OK, I admit I am a huge fan, but this is still a genuine and honest review)
